Usually, it's through experiencing pain that we start to think about posture correction. SPR deals with pain issues regularly which are associated with work-related ergonomics. You would be surprised how many people come in with "mouse finger pain" or rather, index finger repetitive strain. Usually, one or two sessions of Neuromuscular & physical therapy relieves pain and associated posture related referred pain.

Designing the correct pain management system for my clients is key to long-term success in pain relief. The aim of Specialist Pain Relief is to reduce the chronic and severe conditions that my clients arrive in. By working together we are able to elongate the time between flare-ups, which my clients experience. Overall reducing the amount of treatments that pain suffers ultimately will require in their life-time.
